Lifetime Warranty
All Zitahli wallet products come with a lifetime warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, accidental damage caused by the user, faults as a result of wilful or negligent operation, or any other handling. Proof of defect (photos or video, depending on the defect) is mandatory and will be requested by our team.

Free 45-day Returns (for US)

If you're not 100% satisfied with your Zatahli purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund or a return within 45 days of receiving your order.

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customer-service@zitahli.com .


*Customized Wallets can not be returned and are non-refundable.

*Zatahli is not responsible for returns lost in transit back to us.

*Products bought from a third party (e.g.  Amazon, eBay, etc.) can not be returned.
